All payments made for services rendered by Wax and Co Clinic by Cali are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as waxing, laser treatments, facials, and other skincare services.

All sales of products, including but not limited to skincare items and aftercare products, are final. Products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased.

The Clinic requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide the required notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a full charge for the scheduled service. No refunds will be provided under these circumstances.

Prepaid service packages and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. They must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of monetary reimbursement.

While this Policy is strictly non-refundable, the Clinic acknowledges that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, the Clinic’s management will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. The decision to offer any alternative solution or compensation is at the sole discretion of the Clinic’s management and does not imply any alteration or waiver of this Policy.

Wax and Co Clinic by Cali reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Policy will be effective immediately upon posting to the Clinic’s website or other public communications.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wax and Co Clinic by Cali operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
